# Getting Started

Welcome! This guide will walk you through the process of setting up Nemesis from start to finish. Follow each step carefully, and you'll be up and running in no time.

# License Key

Nemesis requires a license key to function. Please claim your key immediately after purchase.

# Installation

Download the latest Nemesis plugin (.jar file) from BuiltByBit.
Place the .jar file into your server's plugins folder.
Ensure your server is running Paper/Spigot 1.21.4+.
Restart your server. The plugin will attempt to load and prompt you for the license key if not already configured.

# Soft Dependencies (Optional)

Soft Dependencies are not required for the core functionality of Nemesis, but they are necessary to enable certain advanced features. Click on the plugin name to visit its official website for download.

Dependency	Purpose/Features
PacketEvents	Required for the high-performance Anti-Freecam and AntiXray modules.
EconomyShopGUI	Enables Shop Logger and Shop Webhook features.
EconomyShopGUI-Premium	Enables Shop Logger and Shop Webhook features.
ShopGUIPlus	Enables Shop Logger and Shop Webhook features.

(Only one of the three Shop plugins is needed to enable the Shop Logger/Webhook features.)
